Mission Statement
Through my services as a personal trainer I aim to help promote healthy lifestyles,
greater fitness and improved sports performance. I will achieve this by providing
a professional service, which will allow me to apply the knowledge that I
have gained during my University degree and Personal Trainer Certification.
Session Structure
Every client I have is different and therefore the service I provide is different
for each. However, typically the first training session will involve goal setting
and assessments of current health and fitness levels.
Thereafter, each 1-hour appointment will take the form of a full workout according
to the routine that I will have designed based upon the previous consultation.
Workouts can take place in a variety of locations, including your local gym,
gyms that I have affiliations to, the great outdoors or even your own home.
There will also be opportunities for nutritional analysis, feedback, goal reassessments,
fitness improvement testing, etc.
Location
Based in Harrow I now operate my Personal Training services all over the North
West London and Middlesex area, including towns such as, Uxbridge, Ruislip, Northwood,
Edgware, Wembley, and Northolt.
